This workshop explores the concept of spirit animal guides (totem animals) and discusses their use as part of a spiritual practice.
You will undertake a shamanic journey (similar to a guided meditation, although with a rhythmic drum beat) to meet your totem animal and explore your relationship with it. You will also receive a printed summary of the meaning of your particular animal.
Normally this workshop is offered to small groups where the dynamic energy of the group contributes to the success of each journey. However, it can also be offered on a one-on-one basis.
