Crystal Meditation workshop

   This monthly session will take you on a guided meditation that calls upon the energy of a particular crystal. Each session will focus on a different crystal and you will be given a sample to keep and take away with you.

   The session also incorporates other energy work through meditative techniques as well as allowing time for discussion.

Reiki shares

   Reiki shares are an opportunity to come along and give and receive Reiki in the company of fellow practitioners.
   Sessions are free of charge and are primarily aimed at Lily and Mark's Reiki students although other Reiki practitioners are welcome (please email us at mark@virtualequinox.com to discuss this possibility).

   Reiki shares are normally organised to coincide with Reiki classes, and this is usually on a monthly basis.

Reiki II course

   Traditionally Reiki training consists of Three Degrees. You progress from one to the next according to your own rate of personal experience, inner growth and daily use of the energy.
   There are no special conditions required to learn Reiki and those who want to be open to it tend to have a natural readiness and ability to receive it.
   Reiki II will take you deeper into the experience of Reiki energy and it is necessary to have Reiki I in order to attend this class.

This course consists of:

* Introduction to 3 symbols
* Tuition of the 3 symbols for incorporation into physical treatments and absent healing
* Learning methods of energising the symbols to further the mental, spiritual and emotional healing processes
* Time for practice
* Questions and sharing

Shamanic Development course

   This course will teach the fundamental principles of shamanism, an ancient spiritual practice that focuses on a relationship with the natural world, use of nature spirits and using knowledge to help yourself and your community.
   Alongside traditional practices such as shamanic journeying you will also learn traditional crafts, including the making of dreamcatchers and shamanic tools. You will also learn techniques for healing all aspects of being including spirit extraction and power retrieval.

   In addition to printed course material, you will receive a complimentary copy of "Into Infinity", a shamanic journeying CD devised by Mark to accompany your shamanic development.
